Whole wheat grain is fermented twice in a special and patented process - with yeast, skimmed milk and selected lactic acid cultures and then gently dried. The starch content of the whole wheat grain is almost completely broken down biologically and BODYglyk® is created - a high-quality food with unique nutritional properties.
